PeopleSoft FSCM Techno-Functional Consultants

with strong expertise in Oracle PeopleSoft Financial Supply Chain Management (FSCM). The ideal candidate should possess a blend of functional and technical knowledge, with experience in implementation, support, enhancements, integrations, and production support projects. Key Responsibilities Analyze business requirements and provide techno-functional solutions in PeopleSoft FSCM. Configure, customize, and support PeopleSoft FSCM modules. Work on requirement gathering, fit-gap analysis, design, testing, and deployment activities. Prepare functional specifications and coordinate with technical teams for developments. Develop and support People Code, Application Engine, Component Interface, SQR, Integration Broker, and BI Publisher reports. Support system integrations with ERP, Finance, HRMS, and third-party applications. Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolution. Support SIT, UAT, cutover, go-live, and hyper care activities. Collaborate with business users, stakeholders,



and cross-functional teams. Required Skills Hands-on experience in

Oracle PeopleSoft FSCM Techno-Functional . Strong knowledge of FSCM modules such as: General Ledger (GL) Accounts Payable (AP) Accounts Receivable (AR) Asset Management (AM) Purchasing (PO) Inventory Management Project Costing Expenses Experience with: People Code Application Engine SQR Integration Broker Component Interface BI Publisher SQL/PLSQL Experience in implementation, support, upgrade, or enhancement projects. Strong understanding of financial and supply chain business processes. Eligibility Criteria Overall Experience: 6 -10 Years Relevant experience in

PeopleSoft FSCM Techno-Functional . Minimum one end-to-end implementation or support project. Solid client-facing communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work in a global delivery environment. Preferred Skills PeopleSoft FSCM Upgrade Experience. Cloud Integration Experience. Oracle Database Knowledge. PeopleSoft Certifications (Preferred).
