SN Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role Flexera Adminitration Administering and optimizing Flexera's suite of IT asset management tools. Work closely with various departments to ensure compliance, improve efficiency, and maximize the value of IT investments. Administer and configure Flexera IT asset management tools. Monitor and maintain the health of Flexera systems and applications Develop and implement policies and procedures for software licensing compliance.
Collaborate with the IT and Procurement teams to optimize software usage and costs. Generate and analyze reports on software usage, license compliance and audit readiness Provide technical support and training to end-users and stakeholders. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Flexera Solutions Keep abreast of updates and new features in Flexera products Skills Needed Flexera – Experience with the tool and its management IT asset management – Experience and robust knowledge Software license management – License metrics of Tier-1 publishers Configuration management Data analysis Technical support Troubleshooting Compliance management Excellent problem -solving and analytical skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and in a team environment
