Job Description:

1. SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) Consultant Hands-on experience in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) Expertise in Organizational Management, Position Management, and Employee Data Management Strong knowledge of Business Rules, Workflows, and MDF Objects Experience with Role-Based Permissions (RBP) Experience in Data Migration and Data Quality Management Knowledge of Employee Lifecycle processes (Hire, Transfer, Termination) Experience in implementation, support, and enhancement projects

SAP SuccessFactors Compensation Planning Consultant Strong experience in Compensation Planning and Variable Pay Expertise in Compensation Worksheets and Compensation Cycles Experience with Budget Planning and Compensation Guidelines Hands-on experience in People Analytics and Advanced Reporting Experience with Integration Center and data integrations Ability to work with HR and Compensation stakeholders Experience in implementation and support projects

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Marketing (RMK) Consultant Hands-on experience in Recruiting Marketing (RMK) Expertise in Career Site Builder (CSB) Experience in Employer Branding and Career Site Management Strong understanding of Candidate Attraction and Recruitment Marketing Knowledge of SEO optimization for career portals Experience integrating RMK with Recruiting Management (RCM) Experience in implementation and support engagements

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting & Onboarding Consultant Solid experience in Recruiting Management (RCM) Hands-on experience in Onboarding 2.0 Expertise in Candidate Lifecycle and Hiring Process Management Experience with Interview Scheduling and Offer Management Knowledge of Business Rules, Workflows, and Role-Based Permissions Integration experience with Employee Central Experience in implementation, rollout, and support projects

SAP SuccessFactors LMS Consultant Hands-on experience in SuccessFactors Learning Management System (LMS) Expertise in Curriculum Management and Learning Assignments Experience in Certification and Compliance Training Management Knowledge of Learning Content Management and Assessments Strong experience in LMS Reporting and Analytics Experience in User Management and Learning Administration Experience in implementation, enhancement, and support projects
