Role Overview: We are hiring for multiple roles in
Oracle Fusion HCM , including
Functional
and
Techno-Functional Consultants . We are looking for professionals with 5–7 years of experience. The ideal candidate should have solid hands-on expertise in HCM modules, along with technical skills for techno-functional roles.This is a client-facing role that requires excellent communication skills and the ability to work closely with stakeholders to deliver effective solutions.
Key Responsibilities: Managing support and enhancement activities Requirement gathering and solution design for enhancements Handling data loads, reports, and integrations Client coordination and documentation
Experience: 5–7 years of relevant experience in Oracle HCM Minimum 2 end-to-end implementation projects Minimum 2 support / enhancement projects Preferred experience working on HCM projects
Qualifications: B.Tech MBA (HR)
Work Timings: US Shift:
5:00 PM IST – 2:00 AM IST
Other Skills: Excellent communication skills Robust client-facing experience
