AIX Administrator Experience:

Perform installation, configuration, patching, upgrades, and troubleshooting of AIX systems. Manage user accounts, file systems, LVM, NIM, and system performance tuning. Monitor system availability, security, backups, and storage utilization. Collaborate with application, database, and infrastructure teams to resolve server-related issues. Support incident management, root cause analysis, and capacity planning activities. Required Skills: 3-7 years of hands-on experience in

AIX Administration . Strong knowledge of

UNIX/Linux operating systems , shell scripting, and system troubleshooting. Experience with

LVM, NIM, HACMP/PowerHA , system monitoring, and patch management. Valuable understanding of server performance tuning, backup, and recovery processes. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
