Description 1. Platform Administration & Governance 2. Administer and maintain the ServiceNow platform, ensuring high availability, performance, reliability, and security. 3. Manage system configurations, user administration, groups, roles, ACLs, and platform access controls. 4. Establish and enforce platform governance, standards, and best practices. 5. Monitor platform health, performance metrics, and capacity utilization. 6. Platform Operations & Maintenance 7. Coordinate ServiceNow upgrades, patching, and release management activities. 8. Validate platform functionality through testing and post-upgrade reviews. 9. Manage instance cloning activities and workplace strategy across Development, Test, and Production environments. 10. Troubleshoot and resolve platform-related issues, incidents,



and service disruptions. 11. Configuration & Enhancement 12. Configure workflows, business rules, notifications, forms, service catalogs, and knowledge management solutions. 13. Support implementation and enhancement of ServiceNow modules such as: ITSM, ITOM, CMDB 14. Employee Center 15 Service Catalog 16 Knowledge Management 17. HR Service Delivery 18. Asset Management

Requirements* 1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline. 2. ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) required or strongly preferred. 3. ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certifications preferred. 4. ITIL Foundation Certification preferred.
