Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced
Salesforce Technical Architect
with 9 to 12 years of progressive enterprise experience, specializing in
Salesforce Revenue Cloud / Agentforce Revenue Management (ARM) . In this role, you will define overarching technical architectures and provide thought leadership to unlock maximum business value for our clients. You will bridge complex business processes with end-to-end technical solutions—spanning CPQ, Revenue Cloud/ARM, Billing, and ERP integrations—while building trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Architecture & Solution Design:
Lead end-to-end Salesforce system and solution architecture (functional and technical). Design scalable revenue architecture solutions using
Salesforce ARM / Revenue Cloud , ensuring alignment with enterprise roadmaps and domain blueprints. ARM & Revenue Lifecycle Leadership:
Own technical delivery for Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) processes, including product catalog design, complex pricing models (subscription, usage-based, volume-based), order orchestration, automated billing, and revenue recognition. Stakeholder & Client Engagement:
Engage senior client leadership in business-outcome-oriented conversations. Articulate platform value propositions, conduct gap analyses, and apply Design Thinking (Customer Journey Mapping and Service Blueprints). Technical Ownership & Documentation:
Own implementation tasks across full lifecycle delivery—from requirements scoping to deployment. Create detailed technical documentation (High-Level Design/HLD,
Low-Level Design/LLD) and dynamic architectural diagrams. Integrations & Data Strategy:
Formulate master data management (MDM), data migration, and enterprise application integration strategies (connecting Salesforce ARM with ERPs, middleware/iPaaS, and upstream/downstream systems). Hands-on Technical Guidance:
Guide development teams in platform customization and technical execution, including AMPScript, SSJS, SQL, Data Extensions, advanced triggers, automations, and complex business logic. Team Leadership & Delivery:
Lead delivery teams, manage resource requirements, establish delivery plans, perform effort estimations, and mentor technical team members in a problem-solving environment.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Experience:
9–12 years of progressive experience in Salesforce delivery management, technical architecture, business analysis, and full lifecycle enterprise CRM implementations. ARM / Revenue Cloud Expertise:
Proven expertise in
Salesforce ARM (Agentforce Revenue Management / Revenue Cloud) , Salesforce CPQ, and Billing engines. Deep understanding of advanced revenue management workflows, contract lifecycle management, and asset state management. Certifications:
Salesforce Certified System / Application Architect, Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA), or Salesforce CPQ / Revenue Cloud / CloudSense certifications highly preferred. Core Competencies: Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills with an ability to present to executive audiences. Strong problem-solving, analytical, and conflict-management skills. Demonstrated track record of building, managing, and sustaining team-oriented environments. Professional demeanor with a strong client-first mentality and desire to innovate in a rapid-paced ecosystem.
