Shift Manager – Data Center Operations

to lead end-to-end facility management for a high-availability data center environment. What You’ll Do: Lead and manage electrical, mechanical, and critical infrastructure operations Oversee maintenance of UPS systems, generators, switchgear, and HVAC/chillers Drive

operational efficiency, uptime, and cost optimization Plan and execute preventive & predictive maintenance schedules Collaborate with construction, vendors, and cross-functional teams for system integration and commissioning Ensure

strict adherence to safety & compliance standards

(NFPA, NEC, OSHA) Manage capacity planning,



system reliability, and outage prevention Mentor and lead a high-performing CFOps team ✅

What We’re Looking For: 9+ years of experience in

data center / critical facilities operations Solid hands-on exposure to

power systems (12kV switchgear, UPS, generators up to 3MW, batteries, etc.) Proven leadership experience managing technical teams Solid understanding of safety, compliance, and maintenance best practices Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field This is an exciting opportunity to lead mission-critical infrastructure and make a tangible impact in a fast-paced, high-reliability environment.
