Must-Have: ER&D; / Engineering Services Sales expertise

with strong focus on

Hybrid Cloud Solution, Compute platforms/ servers, Storage & Network products . Proven track record of

owning and delivering revenue growth targets

in large, complex ER&D; engagements. Strong industry relationships with

R&D; and Skilled Services customers

across above product lines Experience selling





end‑to‑end ER&D; services & Customer Engineering/ Professional Services . Ability to

build and expand strategic customer relationships

and influence large deal decisions.

Good-to-Have: Strong

consultative selling mindset —shaping customer roadmaps rather than responding to RFPs. Solid understanding of one or more of below

ER&D; value chains : Networks : Protocol stacks, embedded systems, network management, cloud‑native networking, 5G/Edge. Semiconductors : Silicon engineering, embedded software, firmware, validation, post‑silicon, and system integration. Software Products : Product lifecycle management, platform engineering, cloud/SaaS, DevOps, sustenance and modernization.
