Job Description Summary Endpoint Security Engineer plays a critical role in the delivery and support of advanced endpoint security services for our clients.

Primary Objectives Provide expert-level support and incident response for security platforms Lead complex troubleshooting and configuration tasks Collaborate with clients to tailor security policies to their needs Maintain documentation and contribute to knowledge base development

. Main Duties / Key Accountability Act as the subject matter expert (SME) for endpoint security too Handle L3 escalations from Client Configure and optimize email filtering, DLP, encryption,



and threat protection policies Conduct root cause analysis and provide detailed incident reports Collaborate with client IT and security teams to implement best practices Assist in onboarding current clients and integrating endpoint security solutions Monitor platform health and performance, ensuring SLAs are met Support endpoint security tools (e.g., CrowdStrike, Microsoft Defender for Endpoint, Palo Alto XDR, Trellix, etc) as needed Participate in change management and security governance processes Provide mentorship and training to junior team member Accept, manage and update service requests to ensure contracted Service Level Agreements are met
