What We’re Looking For 10+ years’ experience
in transformation, operations, or manufacturing leadership Strong background in
discrete manufacturing
(automotive, industrial equipment, engineering) Proven track record of delivering
board-sponsored transformation programs Hands-on experience working in
shop floor environments Expertise in: Sustainability / decarbonization in manufacturing Digital platform development and implementation Innovation and multi-party transformation anchorage Digital manufacturing / Industry 4.0 Ability to
bridge strategy and execution
with credibility at both plant and board level
