US Healthcare – Medical Billing / RCM Key Responsibilities:
Insurance AR follow-up and aging management Denial and rejection analysis Appeals, underpayments, and claim corrections Payer calls and portal follow-ups EOB/ERA review and payment discrepancy resolution Medicare, Medicaid, and Commercial payer follow-up Reduce outstanding A/R and improve collections
Required Skills: 3–5 years of US Healthcare AR/RCM experience Strong knowledge of denial management and insurance follow-up Understanding of CMS-1500, CPT, ICD-10, modifiers, EOB/ERA, and CARC/RARC codes Strong communication and analytical skills
