We are looking for Tax Seniors with strong US Partnership Tax (Form 1065) - Financial Services (Private Equity / Hedge Funds / Fund Of Funds / Venture Capital) experience to join a leading global accounting and advisory firm.
Locations: Mumbai | Hyderabad | Bangalore
Experience: 3+ years in US Taxation
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and review US Partnership Tax – Form 1065 returns
Review Schedules K-1, K-2 & K-3
Handle Federal , state & local tax filing requirements
Review tax returns and supporting workpapers for accuracy and compliance
Perform tax planning, projections and research on complex tax matters
Identify tax issues and recommend appropriate solutions
Manage client engagements from planning through finalization
Work closely with US counterparts and clients
Review work performed by junior team members and provide guidance
Mentor and support team members in technical and career development
Key Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or equivalent
3+ years of progressive US Tax experience
Strong Form 1065 / Partnership Tax experience
Relevant industry experience in Financial Services (Private Equity / Hedge Funds / Fund Of Funds / Venture Capital) is mandatory
Client-facing / US counterpart experience preferred
CPA / CA / EA is an added advantage
