What You'll Do
As a Full Cycle Account Executive , you will lead our India market sales, owning everything from the first cold call to the final contract signature and Customer Success.
Office-based Prospecting: Drive high-intensity lead generation and strategic appointment setting
Field Sales: Travel across industrial regions to visit factories, analyze shop-floor workflows, and demonstrate ZUMEN in person
Full-Cycle Ownership: Manage the entire sales process from the first cold call through contract signature and into Customer Success
Build and maintain solid relationships with factory owners, engineers, and other key decision-makers
Understand customers' manufacturing challenges and identify opportunities where ZUMEN can create value
Provide market feedback and insights to help improve our sales strategy and product offering

Who We're Looking For
We're looking for someone with sales grit and a hands-on mindset who enjoys being on the production floor and engaging directly with factory owners and engineers.
You will be a strong fit if you:
Enjoy direct, face-to-face sales and customer engagement
Are comfortable approaching new customers and generating opportunities
Have a hands-on mindset and genuinely enjoy being on the production floor
Enjoy engaging directly with factory owners, engineers, and other decision-makers
Are motivated to build something from the ground up in a new market
Are comfortable with frequent field travel
Required




Fluency in English and other local languages used in India
Proven experience in direct field sales or B2B solution sales
A hands-on mindset, with genuine enjoyment of being on the production floor and engaging with factory owners and engineers
Valid driver's license in India , essential for field visits
Preferred
Experience in new business development / client acquisition
Experience in outbound sales, prospecting, or cold calling
Experience managing a full sales cycle from lead generation to closing
Experience in the manufacturing industry
Experience selling SaaS, software, IT solutions, or other technology products

Compensation
Performance Multiplier: Achieve 200% of your KPI results for a 2x commission payout

Work Style
This is a field-based sales role designed for direct engagement with customers.
2 days per week: Office-based at our Gurugram office
3 days per week: Customer visits and field sales activities
Regular face-to-face meetings with manufacturing customers
Close collaboration with the Japan headquarters and international sales teams
We believe the best salespeople understand their customers by meeting them where they work. You'll spend significant time in the field, learning about manufacturers' challenges and building relationships directly with decision-makers.

Contract Term
Your initial contract will be under an Employer of Record (EOR) via Deel , with a 90-day probation period .
Once the local setup is complete, your contract will switch to a direct contract under Fact Base .
