Job Summary

We are looking for customer-focused and technically proficient Technical Support Associates to join our International Voice & Chat support team. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of technical support experience and possess a valuable understanding of website technologies, hosting environments, and web servers. You will troubleshoot customer issues, provide technical guidance, and ensure a seamless customer experience through voice and chat support.

Key Responsibilities

Provide technical support to international customers via Voice & Chat.

Diagnose and resolve website, hosting, and server-related issues.





Troubleshoot HTML, CSS, WordPress, and widget-related problems.

Assist customers with API-related queries and integrations.

Support web hosting environments, domains, and DNS configurations.

Understand the basics of Web Servers and Application Servers for troubleshooting.

Document customer interactions and resolutions accurately.

Escalate complex technical issues to the appropriate teams when required.

Ensure high customer satisfaction while meeting quality and productivity metrics.

Required Technical Skills

Basic understanding of APIs

Knowledge of HTML & CSS

Experience working with WordPress

Understanding of Widgets and Plugins

Knowledge of Web Hosting

Basic understanding of Servers

Fundamentals of Web Servers & Application Servers

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
