What You'll Do

- Regional Program Ownership Lead APAC candidate travel delivery, ensuring SLA adherence and policy alignment.
- Stakeholder Coordination Partner with Recruiting, Mobility, Relocation, and Travel teams to align timelines and expectations.
- Workflow Monitoring Track Juno dashboards, manage exceptions, and proactively resolve risks.
- Escalation Management Be the goto escalation point for complex candidate issues.
- Candidate Experience – Drive service quality and ensure a consistent, highimpact candidate journey.
- Automation & Reporting – Collaborate with tech teams to boost efficiency and adoption.
- Capacity Planning – Provide insights for quarterly reviews and futurestate design.
- Team Leadership – Coach Program Managers and Specialists, ensuring accountability and engagement.

Success Measures

- SLA adherence and smooth execution during hiring surges
- Low escalation leakage to senior leadership




- High CSAT scores and positive candidate feedback
- Robust automation adoption and efficiency metrics
- Engaged, productive regional team

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, or related field
- 7+ years in corporate travel account/program management
- 3+ years managing regional/multilocation travel programs
- Expertise in travel operations, policies, and automation platforms
- Experience with workflow tools (Juno, Avenir) and data analysis
- Strong communication, problemsolving, and stakeholder management skills
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office and CRM platforms

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with enterprise recruiting programs
- Knowledge of candidate experience best practices
- SLA/KPI management expertise
- Background in mobility or business travel policy
- Leadership experience with small or matrix teams
