About the Role

ASMEP Design & Build Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a agile and detail-oriented QS & Billing/ Tendering Engineer (Civil) with hands-on experience in industrial construction projects. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Quantity Surveying, Billing, BOQ preparation, Cost Estimation, and Tendering.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and verify Bills of Quantities (BOQ) based on drawings and project specifications.
- Prepare quantity take-offs and cost estimates for industrial construction projects.
- Handle Client Billing, RA Bills, Final Bills, and Subcontractor Billing.
- Review measurements and certify work quantities for billing purposes.
- Prepare tender documents, cost estimates, and commercial proposals.
- Analyze tender requirements, technical specifications, and contract conditions.
- Coordinate with the design, procurement, and project execution teams during the tendering process.
- Perform rate analysis and cost comparison for materials and subcontractors.




- Monitor project costs and assist in cost control throughout the project lifecycle.
- Maintain billing records, BOQs, measurement sheets, and project documentation.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, contractual obligations, and company procedures.
- Required Qualifications

- B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- Candidates Must Have Experince from Consultancy Background

Experience

- 26 years of relevant experience.
- Mandatory experience in Industrial Construction Projects.
- Experience in EPC/Design & Build projects will be preferred.
