Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated CA Articleship Trainee who is keen to gain practical exposure to Finance, Accounting, Audit, Taxation, Compliance, and NBFC operations. This opportunity will allow the candidate to work closely with the finance team and understand real-world financial processes within an NBFC environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in day-to-day accounting and finance activities.
- Support preparation of financial statements, MIS and management reports.
- Assist with bank and ledger reconciliations.
- Support statutory, internal and tax audit activities.
- Assist with GST, TDS and other applicable tax-related compliances.
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Assist in maintaining financial records and supporting documentation.
- Gain exposure to NBFC accounting,



financial reporting and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate with internal teams for finance and compliance-related requirements.
- Perform any other finance and accounting activities assigned by the senior team.

Eligibility

- Candidate pursuing Chartered Accountancy (CA) and looking to commence/continue Articleship.
- Candidates who have cleared the relevant CA Intermediate examinations and are eligible for Articleship.
- Strong foundation in Accounting and Finance.
- Basic knowledge of taxation and auditing concepts.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Working knowledge of MS Excel.
- Willingness to learn and take ownership of assigned responsibilities.
