Role & responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:*
1. *CSR Data & MIS* Maintain and track data for all CSR projects. Prepare monthly MIS reports and dashboards.
2. *Budget & Documentation* Support in MoU drafting, budget mapping, and tracking project-wise spends.
3. *Volunteering Activities* – Plan, coordinate and execute employee volunteering programs across locations.
4. *Communication* – Draft internal communications, invites, and updates for volunteering drives.
5. *Data Management* – Maintain volunteering participation data, impact records, and reports.
Preferred candidate profile
Valuable in Excel, data tracking, coordination, and stakeholder communication. Passion for social impact preferred.
Preferably : Graduate with 1-2 years experience in CSR/NGO projects
