Reports To: Regional Sales Manager (RSM) / Sales Head
Location: Assigned Territory
Experience: 4–7 years in Project Sales, preferably in Paints / Building Materials / Construction Chemicals
Job Purpose
To develop and grow project sales within the assigned territory by identifying, developing and converting opportunities from builders, developers, architects, consultants, contractors, corporates and government projects. The role requires strong relationship management, project mapping, negotiation and coordination for timely execution and collections.
Key Responsibilities
Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales and collection targets.
Identify and develop new residential, commercial, corporate and institutional projects.
Build strong relationships with builders, developers, architects, consultants, PMCs and contractors.
Regularly visit project sites and map upcoming and ongoing projects.
Generate and maintain a strong project sales pipeline.
Promote the company's products and obtain specifications and product approvals.
Prepare proposals, quotations, BOQs and commercial offers.
Coordinate with technical and execution teams for product trials,
site support and application solutions.
Negotiate prices, commercial terms and support order closure.
Coordinate with internal teams for material availability, supply and timely execution.
Ensure timely follow-up for payments and collections.
Monitor competitor activities, market trends and recent business opportunities.
Maintain CRM, Daily Activity Reports and project-wise MIS.
Ensure high customer satisfaction and develop long-term customer relationships.
