About the Role

Kanwar Enterprises Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Planning Engineer with strong experience in industrial projects, preferably having worked on projects for Reliance Industries. The candidate will be responsible for project planning, scheduling, progress monitoring, project controls, and coordination to ensure timely project execution.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 / MS Project.
- Prepare WBS, baseline schedules, milestones, and project execution plans.
- Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly project progress against planned targets.
- Prepare MIS reports, S-curves, dashboards, and progress reports.
- Coordinate with engineering, procurement, construction,



and site teams for project execution.
- Plan manpower, materials, and equipment as per project requirements.
- Identify delays, critical activities, and schedule deviations and recommend corrective actions.
- Prepare catch-up plans, recovery schedules, and delay analysis.
- Participate in progress review meetings with clients, consultants, and internal teams.
- Ensure timely submission of planning reports and project documentation.

Desired Skills

- Strong knowledge of Primavera P6 and/or MS Project.
- Experience in industrial, EPC, petrochemical, refinery, chemical, or large-scale construction projects.
- Experience handling projects for Reliance Industries will be preferred.
- Good knowledge of project planning, scheduling, and project controls.
- Robust MS Excel and MIS reporting skills.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and coordination skills.
