Speciality Restaurants Ltd is looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Guest Service Associates to join our restaurant teams across Mumbai, Pune and Ahmedabad.
What you'll do
- Welcome and interact with guests with a warm and positive attitude
- Take orders and ensure accurate and prompt service
- Serve food and beverages as per company standards
- Maintain high standards of guest satisfaction and service
- Coordinate with the kitchen and other restaurant teams for smooth operations
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene and presentation standards
- Handle guest queries and requests professionally
Who we're looking for
- Hotel Management / Hospitality graduates or diploma holders preferred
- Freshers are welcome
- Candidates with 03 years of experience in F&B; / restaurant service are preferred
- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Well-groomed and customer-oriented
- Comfortable working in shifts, including weekends and holidays
