Summary:

The Accounts payable person is responsible for managing the company obligations to suppliers and vendors.

This includes processing invoices verifying transactions, handling payments, reconciling accounts and ensuring

timely and accurate financial report in accordance with Internal controls and accounting policies.

Qualifications

- Bachelors degree in commerce (B.com)
- 7 -10 years of experience in Accounts payable Role

Mandatory skill to have:

- Accounts Payable- End to End Invoice processing, - Payment Processing,Good Communication,Flexibility to work in US shift

Good to have:

- Experience on Oracle and Coupa

Summary:

Invoice Processing and related activities





Positive understanding of US F&A; processed especially P2P

Meet the required productivity metrics as per defined target for the line of business

Understanding the critical requirements and do necessary follow ups with the stakeholders to get the required information for processing the request

Good communication skills to coordinate with client and other stakeholders

Willing to work in US Shift (5:30 pm to 3:30 am and 6:30 pm to 4:30 am during day light saving)

Willingness to extend the shift to ensure the deliverables are met as per defined schedules

Liaising with the On site team and Vendors for faster resolution as per the SOP
