Roles and Responsibilities :
- Develop and maintain product samples for new launches, ensuring quality control and timely delivery.
- Collaborate with design teams to create prototypes, test fabrics, and select embellishments.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and consumer preferences, informing sampling decisions.
- Manage inventory levels of existing products, identifying opportunities for improvement through data analysis.
Job Requirements :
- 3-5 years of experience in merchandising or a related field (e.g., textiles).
- Solid understanding of embroidery techniques and fabric selection processes.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including designers, buyers, and production managers.
- Proficiency in sample development tools such as swatch books or digital platforms.
