- Prepare and synthesize nanoparticles using various chemical and physical methods.
- Optimize synthesis protocols to achieve desired nanoparticle properties, including size, shape, and surface functionalization.
- Conduct experiments to produce nanoparticles with consistent quality and reproducibility.
- Utilize advanced analytical techniques (e.g., TEM, SEM, DLS, XRD, FTIR, UV-Vis) to characterize the physical and chemical properties of synthesized nanoparticles.
- Analyse and interpret data to assess nanoparticle morphology, composition, and stability.
- Maintain detailed records of all experimental procedures, observations, and results.
- Operate and maintain a variety of analytical instruments with high precision and accuracy.
- Calibrate and troubleshoot analytical equipment to ensure reliable performance.
- Develop and follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) for the use of analytical equipment.
- Assist in the design and implementation of research projects related to nanoparticle synthesis and characterization.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop innovative solutions and achieve research objectives.
- Conduct literature reviews to stay updated with the latest advancements in nanoparticle research.
- Compile and analyse experimental data, preparing reports and presentations for internal stakeholders.




- Contribute to the preparation of research publications, grant proposals, and patents.
- Present research findings at group meetings, conferences, and workshops.
- Ensure a clean, organized, and protected laboratory environment, adhering to all safety protocols and regulations.
- Train and supervise junior staff or interns in laboratory techniques and procedures.

Education & Exp:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemistry, Materials Science, Nanotechnology, or a related field.
