We are looking for an MIS professional with strong analytical and reporting skills. The candidate should have advanced knowledge of MS Excel, Power BI, and PowerPoint and be capable of preparing accurate MIS reports, dashboards, presentations, and management reports.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports and management dashboards.
- Handle large data sets and perform data analysis using Advanced Excel.
- Create and maintain Excel dashboards, Pivot Tables, Pivot Charts, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, IF formulas, SUMIFS/COUNTIFS, and other advanced functions.
- Develop interactive Power BI dashboards and reports.
- Extract, clean, transform, and analyze data for reporting purposes.
- Prepare PowerPoint presentations for management reviews, business meetings, and performance discussions.
- Track KPIs, business performance, productivity, and operational metrics.
- Consolidate data from multiple sources and ensure accuracy and timely submission of reports.
- Identify trends,



variances, and gaps in data and provide meaningful insights.
- Coordinate with different departments to collect and validate required data.
- Automate recurring reports wherever possible to improve efficiency.
- Maintain proper documentation and reporting formats.
- Support management with ad-hoc reports and data analysis as required.
