We are looking for an experienced .NET Developer with strong expertise in WPF, XAML, and C# to develop, enhance, and maintain desktop applications. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with the MVVM architecture, strong problem-solving abilities, and a passion for building high-performance, scalable, and user-friendly applications.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop, enhance, and maintain desktop applications using WPF, XAML, and C#.
- Implement the MVVM design pattern to build scalable and maintainable solutions.
- Collaborate with backend developers, QA teams, and business stakeholders to deliver end-to-end features.
- Design and optimize UI/UX for improved performance, responsiveness, and user experience.
- Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues in WPF applications.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to coding standards, best practices, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure applications adhere to established coding standards, architecture, and design principles.
- Identify performance bottlenecks and implement appropriate optimization techniques.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 4-5 years of professional experience in WPF development.
- Strong proficiency in C#, XAML, and MVVM.




- Hands-on experience with .NET Framework and/or .NET Core for desktop application development.
- Positive understanding of data binding, styles, templates, and custom controls in WPF.
- Strong understanding of object-oriented programming and software design principles.
- Experience with multi-threading, async/await, and performance optimization.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.

Nice to Have

- Experience with Entity Framework, LINQ, and SQL Server.
- Knowledge of REST APIs and JSON integration.
- Familiarity with third-party WPF controls such as Telerik, DevExpress, or Infragistics.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.
- Exposure to Git or other version control systems.
