Job Description Senior Scrum Master (8+ Years)

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Scrum Master to drive Agile delivery across multiple teams in a scaled SAFe environment. This role demands solid expertise in JIRA management, Agile reporting, and hands-on execution within SAFe setups, along with the ability to enable high-performing, self-organizing teams. This position involves close collaboration with US-based stakeholders and requires flexibility to work during India–US overlapping hours, including late evenings when needed.

Key Responsibilities

- Act as a SAFe Scrum Master (2+ years hands-on) for multiple Agile teams
- Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies and drive team maturity & delivery predictability
- Own end-to-end JIRA management:
- Boards, workflows, backlog hygiene
- Dashboards, reporting, and metrics tracking
- Track and report key metrics: velocity, burndown,



throughput, capacity
- Proactively manage impediments, risks, and cross-team dependencies
- Ensure alignment with PI planning and sprint commitments
- Act as an Agile Delivery Lead to meet sprint and ad-hoc priorities
- Promote best practices: user stories, CI/CD, ATDD/TDD, automation
- Coach teams on Agile principles and foster ownership & accountability

Key Skills

- Strong SAFe & Agile execution experience
- JIRA expertise (Boards, Dashboards, Reporting) – MUST HAVE
