Job Summary

Were looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Digital Communications Assistant to join our Global Marketing team. In this role, youll support the delivery of client communications, email marketing campaigns, digital engagement initiatives and broader marketing programs across a global business. Key Responsibilities

- Build, manage, and distribute external communications including newsletters, client updates, campaigns and business announcements
- Partner with Client Engagement and Growth teams to deliver targeted communications that support client relationships and business development opportunities
- Coordinate communication requests and ensure timely, high-quality delivery of content; monitor and report on email campaign performance and engagement metrics
- Support client engagement, growth communications, and future Account-Based Marketing (ABM) initiatives
- Assist with website content updates, digital asset management, and CMS administration
- Track website and campaign performance using Google Analytics (GA4) and other reporting tools
- Support SEO activities, content optimization and digital marketing campaigns
- Support paid and organic digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, reporting and performance optimization




- Maintain marketing databases, communication records, templates and documentation
- Coordinate project timelines and support ongoing marketing operations

Skills, Knowledge + Experience

- 2-4 years experience in Digital Marketing, Communications, Email Marketing, Marketing Operations or a related field
- Experience creating and distributing email campaigns, newsletters or marketing communications
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Experience with email marketing platforms such as HubSpot, Mailchimp, Marketo, Poppulo or similar
- Basic HTML proficiency with familiarity with Canva or Adobe Express preferred.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics (GA4), website CMS platforms (preferably WordPress), SEO and digital reporting
- Understanding of key marketing metrics including CTR, conversion rate, CPC, CPA and ROAS
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience with marketing automation, audience segmentation and stakeholder management

Working Hours

12:30 PM - 9:30 PM IST (aligned with UK business hours)
