Role & responsibilities
-Recruitment - Sourcing, Screening of profiles from junior(initially) to Mid-level vacancies.
-Scheduling of Interviews with stakeholders and follow up for feedback and closures.
-Follow up on documentation for shortlisted candidates and successful onboarding of recent joiners.
-Support Regional HR in SE,CSR,H&W;, D&I; activities done centrally and at regional levels.
Preferred candidate profile
Graduate/ MBA-HR Fresher with good communication skills.
