Role: RPO cum Recruiter

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT / Non-IT roles as per client requirements.

- Work closely with client hiring managers to understand job requirements.

- Source candidates using Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, and social media.

- Screen and shortlist candidates based on technical skills, experience, and culture fit.

- Coordinate with candidates for interviews and follow-ups.

- Maintain candidate pipeline and recruitment tracker.





- Ensure quick turnaround time (TAT) for open positions.

- Build and maintain good candidate and client relationships.

Required Skills:

- Experience in IT recruitment / RPO hiring.

- Strong sourcing and screening skills.

- Valuable communication and stakeholder management.

- Ability to handle multiple positions simultaneously.

Eligibility:

- 1–3 years experience in recruitment.

- Immediate joiners preferred.
