We are looking for an experienced RFQ Manager to manage and coordinate commercial insurance RFQs from initial requirement gathering through quotation and coordination with insurers.

The role requires strong understanding of commercial insurance, excellent coordination skills and the ability to manage multiple RFQs within tight timelines.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle and coordinate commercial lines RFQs from clients, partners and internal stakeholders.
- Understand client requirements and ensure complete information is available for quotation.
- Float RFQs to appropriate insurance companies and coordinate for timely responses.
- Follow up with insurers for quotations, terms, pricing and required information.
- Compare and analyse quotations received from different insurers.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely submission of quotes.
- Maintain complete documentation and records of RFQs.
- Track RFQ status, turnaround times and pending requirements.




- Build and maintain strong working relationships with insurance company stakeholders.
- Escalate delays and issues to ensure timely closure.
- Identify opportunities to improve RFQ turnaround time and process efficiency.
- Support the business team in delivering competitive and accurate insurance solutions.

Requirements

- 3+ years of relevant experience in insurance broking, commercial insurance, RFQ management or a similar role.
- Good understanding of commercial lines of insurance.
- Experience coordinating with multiple insurance companies.
- Strong negotiation, follow-up and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple RFQs simultaneously.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Valuable knowledge of MS Excel and documentation.
- Experience in a fast-growing insurance broking environment will be an advantage.
