About the Role Jaro Education is seeking a Recruiter to drive end-to-end high-volume recruitment for Sales Counsellor positions. The primary goal is maintaining an active talent pipeline, minimizing turnaround time (TAT), and maximizing offer-to-joining conversion rates across assigned business locations.

Key Responsibilities

- Sourcing & Talent Pipeline: Source candidates via job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.), internal databases, social media, external vendors, and talent re-engagement (ex-employees/past applicants).
- End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full hiring process for Sales Counsellors from requirement understanding to onboarding.
- HR Screening: Conduct preliminary assessments evaluating communication skills, sales background, career stability, salary expectations, notice period, and location suitability.
- Interview Coordination: Schedule interviews with internal hiring managers and drive rapid feedback loops.
- Offer & Onboarding: Negotiate compensation within approved bands, manage offer approvals, complete pre-onboarding documentation,



and drive high offer-to-joining conversion.
- Vendor & Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with business teams and external recruitment vendors to close open headcount within defined SLAs.
- MIS & Analytics: Maintain daily and weekly recruitment trackers to monitor sourcing, pipeline, selection rates, and joining metrics.

Desired Candidate Profile

- Experience: Hands-on experience in bulk/high-volume hiring. A background in EdTech, BFSI recruitment, or placement consultancies handling sales hiring is highly preferred.
- Portal Expertise: Proficient in candidate sourcing across major job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, Shine, Indeed, etc.).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication with strong persuasion and candidate engagement abilities.
- Mindset: Highly target-oriented with strong focus on pipeline volume, time-to-hire, and quality of hire.
