Role & responsibilities
- Inspect and verify MEP installations as per approved drawings.
- Supervise electrical (cabling, panels), plumbing (piping, drainage), and firefighting systems (sprinklers, hydrants).
- Ensure quality control and resolve site issues.
- Coordinate with civil and MEP teams to avoid clashes.
- Monitor testing and commissioning of systems.
- Maintain reports and QA/QC documentation.
- Ensure safety compliance on site.
Preferred candidate profile
- Diploma/Degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering.
- Min preferred site experience 2+ years for Degree, 4+ years for Diploma.
- Knowledge of standards (IEC, NBC, NFPA)
