- To carry out technical review of customer specifications received along with enquiries or tenders for mechanical, electrical & instrumentation requirements.
- To create detailed design drawings (i.e., GAD, CS, DIM, P&ID;) and ensure required documentation as per customer requirement.
- To ensure the design of the products is in line with customer requirements and are effective for manufacturing.
- To create casting and machining drawings of parts in 3D and 2D format.
- Maintain existing engineering records and designs.
Preferred candidate profile
- Hands-on proficiency with 2D & 3D design on SolidWorks, AutoCAD or other leading CAD software, and Microsoft Office.
- Must have: knowledge of basic metallurgy and relevant standards, knowledge of ISO standards.
