AR Caller Fresher

Role & Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to insurance companies regarding pending, unpaid, and denied claims.
- Follow up on outstanding accounts and payment status.
- Check claim status, eligibility, and payment details.
- Identify, understand, and follow up on claim denials and rejections.
- Communicate professionally and effectively with insurance representatives.
- Accurately document call details, claim status, and follow-up actions.
- Escalate complex billing and claim-related issues to the appropriate team.
- Meet daily productivity, quality, and collection targets.
- Maintain confidentiality of patient and billing information.
- Follow company policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.

Educational Qualification

- Any graduate or undergraduate with relevant skills may apply.
- Candidates with a background in Commerce, Business Administration, Life Sciences, or Healthcare may be preferred.
