We are looking for an experienced and target-oriented BPO Executive to handle international voice processes, including both inbound and outbound calls. The candidate will be responsible for engaging with customers, understanding their requirements, generating sales, following up on leads, and achieving assigned sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
• Handle inbound and outbound international calls professionally.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable travel products/packages.
• Convert leads into confirmed sales through effective communication and persuasion.
• Follow up with prospective customers and maintain regular communication.
• Handle customer queries, objections, and concerns effectively.
• Generate sales through inbound and outbound international calls and follow-up activities.
• Maintain accurate customer and call records in the CRM.
• Achieve monthly sales and conversion targets.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer service and sales closure.
• Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction and professional communication.
• Adhere to company sales processes, call quality standards, and SOPs.
Requirements
• Fresher or Experience in BPO / Call Centre / International Voice Process • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Sales, negotiation, persuasion, and objection-handling skills.
• Target-oriented with a solid focus on conversions and revenue generation.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Knowledge of CRM systems and basic computer applications.
• Experience in the travel/tourism industry will be an added advantage.
