Job Summary Jagsonpal Pharmaceuticals Limited is seeking dynamic and result-oriented Area Managers for its Dermatology and Pediatric Division. The candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, driving business growth, building strong relationships with healthcare professionals, and expanding market presence in the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities • Achieve sales targets and business objectives for the assigned territory. • Promote Dermatology and Pediatric products to doctors, hospitals, clinics, and nursing homes. • Conduct regular doctor calls to generate prescriptions and strengthen customer relationships. • Undertake extensive field visits to ensure effective territory coverage and business development. • Identify new business opportunities and increase market penetration. • Monitor competitor activities and market trends. • Coordinate with distributors and stockists to ensure product availability. • Submit sales reports, tour plans,



doctor call reports, and market feedback on a timely basis.

Desired Candidate Profile • Graduate in any discipline (Science/Pharmacy preferred). • Minimum 1 year of experience in Pharmaceutical Sales. • Experience in Dermatology and/or Pediatric segment will be preferred. • Robust communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. • Willingness to travel extensively and work in the field. • Target-oriented with a proactive approach to sales and business development. • Maximum Age: 42 years.
