Preferred candidate profile
1. 15+ Years of experience in International lateral hiring at all levels,not limited to staffing.
2. 3+ Years of experience in senior/leadership hiring with ability head-hunt candidates, hold interviews, present company profile, conduct HR assessment and negotiation
3. 5+ Years experience in sales and marketing hiring.
