Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer calls and qualified leads.
- Understand client business requirements.
- Recommend GST, Taxation, Trademark, Company Registration, Accounting & Compliance services.
- Explain services, pricing, documentation and process.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Follow up with interested customers.
- Handle objections and negotiate effectively.
- Update customer information and follow-ups in CRM.
- Build strong customer relationships.
- Coordinate with internal teams for service delivery.
