- Graduate candidates only
- 1 to 2 years of experience in BPO sales
- Maximum age: 35 years
- Robust selling and convincing skills
- English and Hindi communication is compulsory
- Preferred languages: Gujarati, Bengali, Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, Tulu or Kannada
- Previous experience must be in hardcore sales
- Candidates with only Credit Card, Insurance, Demat, Bank Account Opening or CSR experience are not eligible
