Reporting To: National Sales Head / Business Head/CEO
Inalsa Home Appliances is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales Professional to lead sales, distribution, channel development and business growth for the assigned zone.
KEY REQUIREMENTS
7 - to 15+ years of relevant sales experience
Mandatory experience in Consumer Durables / Home Appliances
Must have independently handled at least 2 geographical zones
Strong Distributor & Dealer Network
Proven experience in Primary & Secondary Sales
Solid Channel Development & Market Expansion experience
Experience managing RM / ASM / ASE / Sales Officer teams
Strong understanding of Trade Schemes, Dealer Management & Retail Sell-through
Good exposure to Collections, DSO, Credit & Working Capital
Strong market intelligence and competitor analysis capabilities
Small Domestic Appliances (SDA) experience will be strongly preferred.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Own the complete zonal sales & business growth charter
• Drive primary & secondary sales against targets
• Expand distributor/dealer network and develop white-space markets
• Improve market penetration, retail visibility and sell-through
• Lead, coach and develop a high-performing sales team
• Manage trade schemes, channel investments and ROI
• Drive collections and improve DSO
• Monitor distributor profitability, inventory and channel health
• Track competition, pricing, schemes and market trends
• Conduct regular business reviews and present actionable MIS
• Drive sustainable revenue, volume and market-share growth

PREFERRED
Candidates from established Consumer Durables / Home Appliances / Electrical / SDA companies will be strongly preferred.
Relevant category exposure may include companies such as Crompton, Havells, Orient Electric, Usha, Bajaj Electricals, V-Guard, Racold, A.O. Smith or similar organizations, subject to relevant category and channel experience.
