Job Responsibilities

- Provide accurate and timely solutions to customers.
- Maintain qualified and polite communication with customers.
- Resolve customer issues while maintaining service quality.

Candidate Requirements

- Good English communication skills are mandatory.
- Candidates must have a laptop with i5 processor or above.
- Stable and reliable Wi-Fi/Internet connection is mandatory.

- Candidates should be comfortable working in rotational shifts.
