About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented AGM/GM – Projects with a strong Civil Engineering background to lead and oversee end-to-end project execution for our real estate and construction projects.

The candidate should have extensive experience in residential construction, project planning, execution, quality control, and team management, preferably with established real estate/building construction companies.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage end-to-end execution of construction projects from planning to completion.
- Oversee project planning, execution, timelines, quality, cost, and resource utilization.
- Manage and coordinate with Project Managers, Site Engineers, Consultants, Contractors, Architects and Vendors.
- Ensure projects are executed as per approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and timelines.
- Monitor project progress and identify/resolve execution-related issues.
- Ensure effective manpower, material, equipment, and contractor management.
- Review project schedules, budgets, DPRs,



BOQs and progress reports.
- Coordinate with Purchase, Accounts, Sales and Management teams for smooth project execution.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, statutory requirements and construction regulations.
- Conduct regular site reviews and provide strategic direction to project teams.
- Report project progress, risks, delays, and key developments to senior management.

Key Requirements

- B.E./Diploma/B.Tech in Civil Engineering – Mandatory.
- 8+ years of relevant experience in Real Estate / Construction / Builder industry – Mandatory.
- Strong experience in residential building construction and project execution.
- Experience handling multiple projects/sites and large project teams.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, planning, estimation, quality and project management.
- Solid understanding of construction contracts, contractors, consultants and project costing.
- Experience with G+4 Residential projects will be preferred.

Ideal Candidate

A senior-level Civil Engineering professional who can independently take ownership of project execution, lead project teams, coordinate with multiple stakeholders, and ensure timely, quality and cost-effective completion of projects.
