* Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve business targets

* Develop and execute effective sales strategies

* Generate revenue and drive business growth

* Mentor, train, and support team members for better performance

* Build and maintain strong client relationships

* Handle client meetings, negotiations, and deal closures

* Coordinate site visits and ensure an excellent customer experience

* Track team performance and achieve daily,



weekly, and monthly sales goals

Who Can Apply?

Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills

Experience in real estate sales is preferred

Target-oriented and self-motivated professionals

Team handling experience is an added advantage (for managerial roles)
