Job Description:
DHL is looking for experienced finance professionals with a strong background in Order to Cash (OTC), Accounts Receivable (AR), Collections, and Team Management to join our dynamic finance operations team in Chennai. We are seeking leaders who can drive collection performance, mentor high-performing teams, and deliver an outstanding partner experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Performance Excellence: Drive end-to-end collection strategies, optimize OTC workflows, and hit monthly cash flow targets.
- Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, and build a high-performing operations team, setting clear KPIs and performance benchmarks.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with global business partners, handle escalations,



and maintain robust client relationships.
- System Management: Leverage financial ERPs (Oracle or similar platforms) to track aging invoices, manage disputes, and run cash-flow reports.

What We Are Looking For:

- 2 to 6+ years of core experience in OTC, Accounts Receivable, Collections, or Global Finance Operations.
- Proven experience in leading, managing, or mentoring team members.
- Strong hands-on experience using financial enterprise systems like Oracle, SAP, or equivalent ERPs.
- High analytical capacity with excellent problem-solving and communication skills to balance stakeholder interests.
