We are looking for a motivated and target-oriented Overseas Recruitment Counsellor to join our team in Chennai.

The candidate will be responsible for counselling candidates interested in overseas job opportunities, explaining job details and recruitment processes, handling leads, conducting follow-ups, and converting enquiries into registrations.

Key Responsibilities

- Counsel candidates about overseas job opportunities and recruitment processes.
- Understand candidate qualifications, experience, and career goals.
- Explain job roles, salary, benefits, eligibility, processing time, and documentation requirements.
- Handle leads, enquiries, walk-ins, and referrals.
- Make regular calls and follow-ups with candidates.
- Convert leads into candidate registrations.
- Achieve weekly and monthly sales/recruitment targets.
- Maintain candidate details and follow-up records.
- Coordinate with the recruitment and documentation teams.
- Address candidate queries and provide timely updates.




- Build good relationships with candidates and ensure a positive experience.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 2+ years of experience in sales, counselling, recruitment, immigration, overseas education, or a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
- Target-oriented and good at follow-ups.
- Basic knowledge of overseas recruitment/work visa processes is an advantage.
