Must Have:

Strong experience in ServiceNow Development.

Hands-on experience with:

- ServiceNow Knowledge Management (KB)
- AI Search
- Search Sources
- Employee Center
- Service Portal
- Flow Designer
- IntegrationHub
- Expertise in JavaScript, Glide APIs, Business Rules, Script Includes, and Client Scripts.
- Experience configuring search relevance, indexing, and analytics.
- Knowledge of REST/SOAP API integrations.
- Solid understanding of ITSM processes and ServiceNow platform architecture.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
- Good to Have:
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD).
- Experience with GenAI Search, Virtual Agent, and Employee Experience modules.
- Knowledge of ITSM, HRSD, CSM, or GRC modules.

Essential:

- Design, develop,



and maintain ServiceNow Knowledge Management solutions.
- Configure and optimize Knowledge Search, AI Search, and Search Sources within ServiceNow.
- Implement and customize Knowledge Bases, Knowledge Articles, Categories, and User Criteria.
- Develop and enhance search functionalities in Employee Center, Service Portal, and Knowledge Management modules.
- Configure search indexing, relevance tuning, synonyms, stop words, and search analytics.
- Integrate ServiceNow Knowledge Management with external systems and enterprise content repositories.
- Create and maintain custom workflows, business rules, client scripts, script includes, and UI policies.
- Troubleshoot search-related issues and optimize platform performance.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical solutions.
- Ensure compliance with ServiceNow development best practices and governance standards.
- Support platform upgrades, enhancements, and production deployments.

Minimum Qualification:

- 15 years of full-time education
- Minimum percentile of 50% in 10th, 12th, UG & PG (if applicable)
