Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion SCM Functional Consultant with solid expertise in Manufacturing Cloud modules. The candidate will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting Oracle Fusion SCM solutions, working closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, conduct testing, and provide post-go-live support.

Key Responsibilities

- Implement and support Oracle Fusion Manufacturing Cloud solutions.
- Analyze business requirements and map them to Oracle Fusion SCM functionalities.
- Configure and manage Manufacturing-related setups in Oracle Fusion.
- Conduct solution design workshops and prepare functional design documents.
- Perform system configurations, CRP/UAT support, and end-user training.
- Collaborate with technical teams for customizations, integrations, and reports.
- Support deployment, migration, and post-production activities.
- Troubleshoot functional issues and provide timely resolutions.
- Work with cross-functional SCM modules to ensure end-to-end process integration.

Required Skills

- 5+ years of Oracle SCM Functional experience with at least 2+ end-to-end Oracle Fusion implementations.
- Strong knowledge of Manufacturing business processes.
- Experience in requirement gathering, fit-gap analysis, and solution design.
- Expertise in preparing:
- BRD
- FDD
- Setup Documents
- Test Scenarios & Test Scripts

- Experience with data migration and conversion activities.
- Exposure to Oracle Fusion Reporting tools (OTBI, BI Publisher).
- Understanding of integration concepts using REST/SOA/OIC.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Supply Chain, or related field.
- Oracle Fusion SCM Certification is preferred.
- Experience in Manufacturing, Automotive, Industrial Manufacturing, or Consumer Goods domains.
- Exposure to Agile project methodology
