- Manage a portfolio of current accounts, ensuring timely opening and maintenance of accounts.
- Identify new business opportunities through cross-selling of banking products such as saving accounts, CASA deposits, etc.
- Develop robust relationships with existing clients to increase wallet share and retain customer loyalty.
- Meet or exceed monthly targets for account opening and sales performance.
Job Requirements :
- 2-6 years of experience in BFSI industry, preferably in current account sales or related field.
- Strong understanding of CASA (Current Account Savings Account) products and their features.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to build rapport with customers at all levels.
